宁波工程学院统计与数据科学学院院长,美国堪萨斯大学数学系访问学者,宁波市统计学会副会长,宁波市数学学会副理事长,浙江省高等学校中青年学科带头人,宁波市“四有”好老师,宁波市领军和拔尖人才。主持完成国家自然科学基金2项,在Latin American Journal of Probability and Mathematical Statistics,Electronic Communications in Probability,Stochastics,Stochastics and Dynamics等期刊发表学术论文30余篇。

报告摘要:

In this talk, we will study the existence, uniqueness, and moment properties of mild solutions for a class of space-time fractional stochastic heat equation driven by Gaussian noise that is rough in space. The governing operators consist of a Caputo time-fractional derivative of order $\beta\in(0,1)$ and a space-fractional Laplacian of order $\alpha\in(1,2)$. We obtain sharp upper and lower moment bounds, establish weakly full intermittency, and derive the explicit noise excitation index $\frac{2\alpha}{\alpha+2\beta(H-1)}$.
