报告题目：Spectral methods for optimal control problems with integral constraint on state.

报告摘要：In this work, employing the Legendre-Galerkin spectral methods, we investigate the optimal control problems governed by elliptic equations with integral constraint on the state. The optimal conditions and regularities of the optimal solution are discussed in detail. Meanwhile, the a-priori error estimate and the a-posteriori error estimate are investigated, respectively. Furthermore, an explicit formula of the a-posteriori error estimator is stated with the help of orthogonal properties of Legendre polynomials.
报告人简介：周建伟，临沂大学教授，分别于2007、2011年在湘潭大学、华东师范大学获得理学硕士、博士学位，美国数学会特邀评论员；先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目各1项，国家留学基金委公派访问学者项目1项，山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金1项，山东省优秀中青年骨干教师国际合作培养计划1项；2014年至2015年期间先后访问阿卜杜拉国王科技大学(KAUST，沙特阿拉伯)孙树瑜教授、普渡大学(美国)沈捷教授；发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI检索16篇。
