    1986-1987 : postdoctor, Math Dept, University of British Columbia, Canada.

  Current Research Project :

    Initial-boundary value problems for 3-D Euler equations.

    Shock wave reection and compatibility.

    Conical shock wave in gas-dynamics.

报告摘要:

  we discuss various piece-wise solutions for 3-d Euler equations of gas-dynamics. One family comes from the generalized Riemann problem, another from supersonic flight.

  Both historical review and current status will be discussed, with emphasis on the open problems and tentative approaches.
